The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is an independent agency established to improve the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services.
It regulates NDIS providers, provides national consistency, promotes safe and quality services, resolves problems and identifies areas for improvement, including provider complaints.
If you want to provide feedback about an experience you have had in dealing with the NDIA or if you don't agree with a decision about your plan there are a number of ways in which you can make a complaint or provide feedback.
To get ready for your planning meeting, think about your current supports and who provides them and what supports and services you may need to achieve your goals. You can record these using the NDIS Booklet 2 on Planning and take these with all your relevant reports, assessments and other evidence to help NDIA to understand your ongoing needs.
The NDIS has prepared a number of booklets and fact sheets for people with disability and participants, their families and carers to learn more about the NDIS, including access requirements, planning, supports, services and more.
