Jodi has worked in the disability sector for more than 25 years, having held a number of management roles across Western Australian based disability service organisations during this time. Jodi brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role at JP Trusted Advisor, from supporting people with disabilities to navigating government and mainstream services.
Jodi is passionate about enabling people to explore their options around their ideal housing and accommodation needs as well as supporting people with high complex needs using a collaborative approach, working together with individuals, their families, service providers and other government departments.
Alyce has worked in the disability and child protection sector for almost 10 years. With a passion for support coordination and a strong understanding of behavioural challenges, Alyce is knowledgeable and experienced in the NDIS systems.
Through Alyce's experiences, skills and education Alyce has dedicated herself to helping people with disability, their families and carers, ensuring they have the best possible plan. Alyce also ensures, by working together with clients and their carers, she finds the services and supports required to meet a client's needs helping them to achieve their goals.
Natasha joins JP Trusted Advisor with over 8 years experience working in the Disability sector as a Local Area Co-ordinator with Disability Services Commission.
Originally trained in New Zealand as a school teacher and after working for many years in schools, Natasha made the transition to the Disability Sector upon relocating to Perth with her family in 2009.
Natasha is passionate about working with and supporting people with disabilities to live their best inclusive life.
Hayley brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as Admin Assistant at JP Trusted Advisor, having worked previously as a nurse and a medical receptionist.
Keeping our team accountable for all things relating to NDIS, Hayley is our team member who will take your initial call, talk with you about how we might be able to assist you and and connect you to the right Support Coordinator within our team.

Caitlin comes to JP Trusted Advisor after working in the community sector for a number of years with individuals with complex high physical support needs. Caitlin began working with people with disabilities at the young age of 17 knowing already that she wanted to assist people with disability as much as she could.
Caitlin holds a nursing qualification and is extremely passionate about the rights of people with disability and getting positive outcomes. Caitlin's favourite saying is "Everyone's a star and deserves the right to shine".
Lee has worked within the disability sector for 17 years and brings to JP trusted advisor a vast knowledge and passion of how to empower people to reach their maximum potential.
Lee’s experience and knowledge he has gained through managing community and accommodation services assists him when supporting people achieve the outcomes they desire. Lee has a background in positive behaviour support and approaches every situation with a “can do” attitude
Lara joins JPTA with a degree in psychology and a passion to improve lives. Prior to JPTA, Lara worked in child protection where she learnt a lot about behavior, the importance of relationships, consistency and stability.
Lara is passionate about working in collaboration with others and having a wide network of supports for the people she works with. Lara is committed to working in alignment with JPTA’s values of respect, trust, excellence and friendliness as well as making sure the people she works with feel listened to and cared about.
Jenayah has worked within the disability sector for the past 9 years in state management roles, in the not-for-profit sector and with a focus on disability employment and mental health.
Jenayah is extremely passionate about working in the psychosocial space and using a holistic approach to enable individuals to achieve their goals in all aspects of their lives.
Courtney has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and has 6 years’ experience working with Children and their families in various roles. Courtney has gained a wide variety of experience working with whole family systems in different ways to achieve the best outcomes and goals for their families whilst also overcoming any challenges that pop up along the way.
Courtney is a bubbly, kind natured person and loves meeting new people. Courtney has a passion for working alongside people to make sure every person has an equal and fair opportunity to live the life they desire. Courtney is extremely passionate about the work she does and loves having the opportunity to make an impact and be a support in people’s lives.
