We also work one-on-one with NDIS participants offering individualised consultations to assist you with your NDIS application or help you implement your plan effectively. We work in collaboration and closely with organisations providing expert consultancy services, ensuring NDIS standards are met and high-quality services are delivered to participants. Our highly qualified and experienced team equip organisations with the knowledge, training and strategies needed to effectively support NDIS participants, ensuring high quality service delivery and successful outcomes.

Our support coordinators are here to help you understand, manage and make the most of your NDIS plan. Together, we will explore your options, talk about what is possible and connect you with NDIS providers and other service organisations to help you achieve your goals. Specialist Support Coordination

Our specialist support coordinators offer a higher level of assistance to NDIS participants with complex needs. We will work closely with you and your family or carer to help reduce barriers in implementing your NDIS plan, connect you to essential supports and services, and ensure your health, housing and wellbeing are prioritised. You will feel supported and valued throughout the process, knowing that your services are tailored to your unique circumstances, while we ensure consistency of services, enabling you to achieve your goals.

Our dedicated and comprehensive range of consultancy services are designed to support both NDIS participants and organisations to help navigate the NDIS.

We offer one-on-one individualised consultations to NDIS participants to assist you with your NDIS application or help implement your plan effectively.

We also work in collaboration with organisations to support you and your team - whether you are working in a government department, school, are a NDIS provider or organisation - to equip you with the knowledge, training and strategies needed to effectively support NDIS participants and their families. Our approach ensures high-quality service delivery, compliance with NDIS standards and successful outcomes. You’ll feel confident in your ability to navigate the complexities of NDIS requirements, deliver quality services and meet the needs of NDIS participants.

  • Since we started with JPTA in 2019, they have always been by our side, offering constant support. Their guidance has been instrumental in helping our daughter achieve her goals, and they've stood by us through both the good times and the challenges.
