We are a passionate team of Support Coordinators and Specialist Support Coordinators, who assist NDIS participants, their families and carers to understand and use their NDIS plan to achieve their goals, connect with NDIS providers, their community as well as mainstream and government services. We also support NDIS participants, helping them build their individual capacity and skills to coordinate and mange their day to day supports and engagement in their community.
