Hi, I am Lee.

JP Trusted Advisor - Team Leader and Specialist Support Coordinator

Having worked in the disability sector for 20 years in a variety of roles, I bring to the JP Trusted Advisor team a wealth of knowledge and a real passion for empowering people to reach their full potential and achieve their personal goals.

My career began in the UK as a support worker at a young age. I quickly progressed into managerial roles particularly in the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) sector. After moving to Australia in 2011, I continued to work in this field as I honestly could not imagine doing anything else.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in community and Supported Independent Living (SIL) management roles, as well as Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) before transitioning into Specialist Support Coordination. Through these experiences, I have developed the skills which have afforded me the opportunity to become a JP Trusted Advisor Team Leader.

I was drawn to JPTA because their values aligned with mine and I saw an opportunity to make a real impact. Since joining JPTA in 2022, I continue to specialise in managing complexities, SIL management, community support management and PBS, while promoting independence by educating others and ensuring everyone is working towards providing the best quality of life for NDIS participants.

I approach every situation with a ‘can-do’ attitude, always prioritising the best interests for our clients. My experience in managing complexities helps me support people in achieving the outcomes they desire and I believe that a positive and proactive approach is key to delivering the best support.

Outside of work, I’m a keen musician. Most weekends you will find me singing and playing guitar at local venues.
