Specialising in accommodation services and working with clients who have complex support needs, I prioritise transparency, respect, collaboration and open communication.

I love working with a diverse group of people, building lasting relationships and helping our clients and their families and carers navigate the NDIS, while they achieve their goals. I also value our partnerships with a wide network of service providers, ensuring each client has access to the resources they need. I feel very fortunate to be able to do that. I do - it really is incredibly rewarding work.

As a Specialist Support Coordinator, I maintain a small caseload, allowing me to stay connected to the work I love, while also guiding our team as JPTA’s Director. I am committed to ensuring our team member bring the skills, dedication and empathy needed to help make a real difference in a person’s life. From handpicking staff to providing continuous training and supervision, I believe in fostering a supportive environment which allows each team member to succeed, which in turn benefits our clients.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my three adult children and our family puppy. I am an active committee member for our local football club and I am a big fan of watching the AFL. To unwind, I like to go to the gym, go for long walks and watch crime shows on Netflix.
