JP Trusted Advisor - Administration Assistant

Having joined the JP Trusted Advisor team in 2020 as Administration Assistant, my background in nursing and as a medical receptionist has given me a strong foundation in client care and customer service. Working in the healthcare industry has instilled in me a commitment to assisting vulnerable people to help them achieve good outcomes and improve their quality of life.

As the first point of contact for all client enquiries and referrals, I onboard clients and help them, their families and carers have a positive experience on their NDIS journey. When you contact JPTA, not only will I take your initial call, but I will talk with you about how we might be able to assist you and connect you to the right Support Coordinator within our team. Also, as part of my role, I specialise in managing NDIS compliance responsibilities within our cloud-based client management system, while helping to keep our team accountable for all things relating to the NDIS.

To me, it is essential to maintain transparency, respect and patience in all interactions and I strive to communicate clearly and follow consistent processes to ensure all of our clients’ experiences with JPTA are as seamless as possible.

When I am not working, I enjoy an active lifestyle with my three children, volunteering my time as part of a swimming club committee and spending time at the gym. I also love to socialise with friends as staying connected is important to me.
