JP Trusted Advisor - Support Coordinator

My career began as a primary and secondary school teacher in New Zealand, where I developed a strong commitment to helping others grow and achieve their potential. Moving into the disability sector with the Disability Services Commission as a Local Area Coordinator in Perth in 2009, I found my passion in guiding NDIS participants and helping them access the support they need.

I joined the JP Trusted Advisor team in 2022 as a Support Coordinator, where my role is to assist and support NDIS participants and their families or carers to navigate the system, ensuring they access the most appropriate services and supports to meet their goals. I work closely with participants, families and providers to make the process easier and more meaningful, empowering people to live their best lives with the support of their NDIS plans.

What I love the most about my role at JPTA is the personal connections I get to build. Every client has a story and their own unique journey and being a part of that - supporting them through challenges, witnessing their growth and together celebrating their achievements, no matter how small - is incredibly rewarding.

Away from work, I enjoy spending time in the kitchen cooking, pottering around my home and watching my children play sports and grow in life.
